Real Estate Management firm seeks a Full Time Bookkeeper. This candidate must possess superb organizational skills, be detail oriented, and have the ability to multitask while working in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for bookkeeping functions for various entities including but not limited to the following:
- Payables/invoice processing
- Interact with vendors
- Data entry and maintaining accounts
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualification for this position are as follows:
- ·Must possess a 3 - 5 years bookkeeping experience
- ·Ability to multitask and attention to detail are critical
- ·Computer literate
- ·Knowledge of accounting policies and procedures
- ·Knowledge of Cooperatives and Condominiums a plus
