Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Secretary/Call Representative to join our team. You will be responsible for handling incoming calls, providing excellent customer service, and performing various administrative tasks. This is a full-time position based in our office for the sales of playground equipment. This job requires a lot of organization and gathering of information in order to thrive. We do call and make appointments so there is a lot of calling that is done on a daily basis. I like them to make at least 200/250 calls a day on top of keeping up with their emails and making sure they are following back through with the previous days unanswered calls. This can be a very good paying job if you apply yourself and put in the work.
Responsibilities:
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
Communicating with customers through various channels.
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Organization is a must.
Ability to sit in an office setting and do office work.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
-Previous experience in an office setting is a plus

Expected hours: 40 per week

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
