Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service and address guest inquiries and concerns
- Handle guest check-outs and process payments accurately
- Assist with reservations and room assignments
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Operate phone systems and transfer calls to appropriate departments
- Assist with night audit duties, including reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports
- Ensure guest satisfaction by resolving any issues or complaints promptly
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Multilingual abilities are a plus (bilingual in English and another language)
- Familiarity with hotel management systems is an advantage
- Excellent phone etiquette and ability to handle high call volumes
- Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
