GAMUT Behavioral Services is growing and looking for a Clinical Director to lead our IBHS Division. We are looking for a passionate BCBA who aligns with our core values of integrity, leadership, and outstanding clinical work!
The Clinical Director serves as a member of the senior leadership team. This role is responsible for the clinical quality and integrity of IBHS program across the four southeastern counties of Pennsylvania.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the clinical operations of IBHS services
- Manages client intake assessment and process for compliance adherence and operational efficiency
- Prepares and schedules all client assessments in accordance with the written order
- Assigns caseload and schedule to clinicians
- Coordinates with Director of Operations for BHT / RBT staffing and scheduling
- Anticipates and problem-solves client clinical challenges
- Ensure quality and regulatory compliance on all treatment plans, behavior intervention plans and service notes
- Establishes relationships with key autism community stakeholders to represent GAMUT's IBHS model of services
- Develop and measure quality indicators with formalized reporting
- Onboard new staff to assigned cases
- Hires, supervises and schedules all master's level clinicians
- Ensures that BHTs and RBTs meet all regulatory requirements regarding supervision hours.
- Records data within the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system
- Creates needed systems and reporting documents to fulfill the client's prescription of authorized services and staff productivity
- Collaborates with other organizational leaders to promote an interdisciplinary model of care
- Partners with the Director of Operations in a positive, effective, and collaborative manner
- Leads the successful relicensing of GAMUT's IBHS services each year
- Builds a dynamic clinical team dedicated to providing the highest levels of client care and customer service
- Creates individualized programs unique to the client's areas of growth and need
- Identifies factors interfering with effective service delivery and diligently works to resolve
- Demonstrates flexibility with scheduling and demonstrate independence with managing daily activities
- Abides by code of ethics as indicated by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
- Adheres to laws, regulations, and internal policies and procedures with drive and purpose to ensure that the program meets all strategic goals and endure challenges with a positive spirit.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education or a related field
- Current active certification as a supervising BCBA in good standing
- Current licensure as a Behavior Specialist in the state of Pennsylvania
- Ability to remain calm in an ever-changing environment, respond and lead clinical team with confidence and kindness.
- Ability to work with clients that may demonstrate verbally or physically aggressive behaviors
- Maintains compliance with RBT regulations and BACB standards

ANNUAL COMPENSATION
- Anticipated annual salary is $100,000 per year
SCHEDULE
- Monday through Friday
- Day Shift (Between 7:30 am and 4:30 pm)
