We are growing and seeking another talented estimator/project manager to join our team. You MUST have a roofing background. General construction experience and similar industries do not suffice
Oversee the success of several projects simultaneously by scheduling crews, ordering materials, and keeping clients satisfied. You will be responsible for converting contracts into setups and plans into a reality. We've completed projects for Universities, Air Force bases, shopping centers, apartment complexes -- you name it.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze and comprehend project plans, specs, and details
- Prepare accurate estimates including costs of materials, labor, and equipment
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients
- Review all contracts and accepted quotations
- Write up work orders, prepare material orders and delivery
- Communicate with subcontractors, crews, and clients on expectations and scheduling
- Deadline driven results
- Manage multiple projects at a time
- Visit work sites to audit safety and quality
The ideal candidate would have:
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in a construction related field
- 5 years of experience in commercial roof estimating and/or Project Management
- Expertise in the MS Office Suite
- Strong project management, time management, and organizational skills
- Excellent written & verbal communication
- Strong customer service and negotiation skills
- OSHA certifications
- The ability to be a team player and work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
