We are currently seeking a skilled Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a minimum of two years of financial auditing experience to join our team in a part-time role. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of audit methodologies, standards, and regulatory requirements, with a demonstrated ability to perform thorough and accurate audits.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and perform financial and operational audits in accordance with accepted auditing standards.
Evaluate internal control systems and suggest improvements to mitigate risk.
Prepare and present audit findings and recommendations to management.
Support the preparation of financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
Assist in the development of audit plans, schedules, and budgets.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
Collaborate with team members and cross-functional teams on various projects.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting and auditing standards, financial regulations, and industry trends.
Qualifications:
Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
At least two years of experience in financial auditing.
Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Outstanding attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and auditing software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong ethical standards and high levels of integrity.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Demonstrated understanding of the latest industry trends and regulations.
