The Studio Coordinator is the administrative focal point for the School of Rock and the first person to interact with those calling or walking in to our school. Reporting to the Assistant Manager, they assist with running the school and creating an amazing experience for all students (rockers), parents (roadies) and prospective customers.
Note: Current schedule is M-Th 2pm-9pm (T/W - 9:15) and Friday 2pm-7:15pm. There is a potential opportunity to split this across 2 studio coordinators.
Primary Duties:
- Handle opening and closing of school
- Answer phones and field inquiries; pitch the music program
- Schedule and lead tours for prospective students and parents
- Greet and engage / guide students
- Handle complex scheduling needs for students and staff
- Support Asst. Manager and General Manager with a wide variety of tasks as required
- Work on special projects, prepare reports, and perform other administrative duties including billing
Skill Requirements:
- Two years + working front desk, reception, and/or customer service role
- Excellent communicator (both written and verbal)
- High detail orientation, multi-tasker
- Welcoming, outgoing demeanor essential
- Good team player who collaborates well with others
- Interest in music and related arts or experience working with young people a plus
- Music Business degree a plus

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
