Responsibilities:
- Sales Generation:
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Utilize effective sales techniques and strategies to promote and sell insurance products.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Address client inquiries, provide policy information, and offer personalized insurance solutions.
- Cross-Selling and Upselling:
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional insurance products to existing clients.
- Policy Issuance and Management:
- Facilitate the issuance of new policies and ensure accurate and timely policy updates and renewals.
- Collaborate with underwriting and administrative teams for efficient policy processing.
- Risk Assessment and Consultation:
- Conduct thorough risk assessments for clients, offering expert advice on coverage options based on their unique needs.
- Documentation and Compliance:
- Maintain accurate and organized client files, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
- Prepare and process necessary documentation for policy issuance and client records.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in insurance sales, with a focus on property and casualty.
- Active Property and Casualty insurance license required.
- Strong sales acumen and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with insurance industry regulations and products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
