We are currently seeking a skilled, empathetic front desk receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our patients, the ideal candidate should be friendly, professional, and able to handle a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
- Heavy schedule management for patient appointments
- Direct patient interaction answering phone calls, emails, and inquires
- Administrative tasks, such as data entry, scanning, filing, documentation, etc
- Direct operational flow of a busy office
- Coordinate and communicate with the rest of the team to ensure patient needs are met
- Maintain a clean and organized office
- Patient coordination for treatment services and equipment cleanup
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency with computers and software applications
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Able to adapt and be flexible with changes in day
- Empathetic and able to connect to people
- Ability to keep confidential information until HIPAA regulations
Job Type
- Part time: 3-4 days a week
- Full time: 5 days a week
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
