You are the primary liaison between the client and Fiserv Partner Solutions, acting as a trusted advisor, system consultant and market / industry expert responsible for the overall success of the daily service relationship with the partner. You manage and ensure that the partner’s service, products and operational needs are met. You serve as the first point of escalation for the Partner and manage liability related items.
A typical day:
- You will provide Level 2 support for the CFI portfolio responsible for client solution penetration, education, and issue resolution ownership. By increasing overall customer satisfaction, the position will support Fiserv revenue growth through increased retention and increased product/service penetration.
With training & coaching: What you will do:
- Support the retention and growth of the CFI portfolio and assures client satisfaction by maintaining overall relationship with clients.
- Be responsible for direct resolution of simple inquiries and facilitation of resolution for moderate to complex inquiries through coordination with customers and other internal Fiserv areas. Maintain clear and open communication regarding complex subject matter such as pricing model, funding, and compression management.
- Work with small to medium sized accounts with multi product platforms/environments to deepen the penetration of Fiserv products and services.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer profiles including contract information, communication logs, and product matrix.
- Educate customers on relevant industry information and provides training products, reporting, and self-service tools.
- Other duties as required and directed by management.
You must have
- Either a High School Diploma, GED, or Associate Degree
- This starts as an an in person role- must have existing commutable residence with expectation to work on-site in one of the listed locations (Alpharetta GA Marietta GA Or King Of Prussia PA)
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
- Must participate in routine background and clearances
Skills needed
- Preferred experience in customer service, sales, business development, or relationship management; payment processing experience.
- Knowledge or interest to learn of payment processing; Fiserv’s products, platforms, systems, and operational areas.
