Join our dynamic team as an Associate Product Manager (APM) and be at the forefront of product innovation! As an APM, you'll assist in taking groundbreaking products from ideation to launch, ensuring seamless applications, installations, and demonstrations. What you will be doing:

Assist in defining product vision and strategy. Contribute to the development and management of the product roadmap.

Conduct market research to identify customer needs and market trends. Analyze competitive products and market dynamics.

Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, sales, marketing, and engineering teams, to gather and prioritize product requirements.

Maintain and prioritize the product backlog. Ensure that the development team has a clear understanding of the requirements and priorities.

Work closely with design, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure successful product launches. Facilitate communication and coordination among teams.

Assist in designing and refining user experiences. Gather and incorporate user feedback to improve product functionality and usability.

Track and analyze product performance metrics post-launch. Use data-driven insights to make recommendations for product improvements.

Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including specifications, user guides, and release notes.

Assist with supply chain, cost-reduction initiatives related to the product portfolio.

Provide support to internal teams, including sales and customer service, by offering product knowledge and training.
What you will need:

A bachelor’s degree is required.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in product management.

Intermediate level of skill in Microsoft Office, specifically in EXCEL, WORD, and OUTLOOK.

Experience with CRM systems and NetSuite is preferred.

Door Hardware Industry knowledge is a plus
