The Clinical Rescheduler plays a crucial role in upholding our service standards by providing a comfortable and seamless experience for our families and clinicians.
Position Title: Clinical Rescheduler
Location: Remote
Hours: Full-Time
Pay range: $18 - $22 per hour
Responsibilities:
As a Clinical Rescheduler, you will efficiently coordinate therapy appointments for our clients; provide warm and friendly customer service to parents and clinical staff through email and phone communication, collaborate with admin staff to schedule make-up appointments. Your role involves delivering exceptional customer service in daily interactions and working collaboratively with various departments within ACES to support regional growth.

Qualifications:
We're looking for an energetic self-starter with superb creative problem-solving and organizational skills. As a mission-driven team member, you should be dedicated to impacting the lives of our clients. The ideal candidate is outcome-oriented, results-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while handling time-sensitive tasks. Being team-oriented, cooperative, and collaborative is essential. Tech-savvy candidates with experience in systems like CentralReach, MS Office 365, SharePoint, Avachato, Zendesk, and Microsoft Dynamics are preferred. Supply chain logistics experience or education is strongly preferred.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to exert up to 10 pounds of force and lift/move up to 10 pounds.
May include, without limitation, the following physical demands: sitting, typing, and viewing a screen(s) for long periods of time.
