Looking for an experienced managed service provider with experience in RMM, Microsoft cloud services including Sharepoint management, ability to troubleshoot and resolve everyday issues remotely, answer service calls, schedule appointments and looking for someone who is patient with dealing with customers who can sometimes be impatient themselves.
Qualifications
- Technical support experience
- Proficiency in software troubleshooting
- Strong computer management skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Cloud services and app suite
- Understanding of computer networking principles
- Previous experience in IT support and desktop support
- Familiarity with VPN, Firewall, TCP, SCCM, GPO, and Mac OS
- Exposure to SharePoint platform
