Premier Bay Area Fire Sprinkler Contractor seeking motivated and dedicated individual to fulfill our full-time admin assistant position immediately. Our company specializes in design, installation, service, and inspection of fire sprinkler systems.
Job Duties:
- Perform a wide range of administrative duties across various departments
- Invoice / PO Matching
- Order Acknowledgement
- Filing of PO's
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support departmental goals
Experience Required:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suites
- 1-year minimum experience in an administrative support position
- Insurable Class C Driver’s License

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Maintain the ability to work independently

- Knowledge or experience in construction is a plus
