As a Field Operations Manager at Reliable Medical, you will play a vital role in managing and overseeing the field operations across multiple branches. Your primary responsibilities will include managing the Branch Field Operation Managers, ensuring consistency in field operations, fostering cohesion between operations and sales teams, and maintaining effective communication within the organization. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining control over the vehicle fleet.
Responsibilities:
Manage the Branch Field Operation Managers:

Provide direct management and guidance to all Branch Field Operation Managers.

Co-manage offices where Managers oversee both field operations and the warehouse.

Ensure Managers utilize Key Results Areas (KRA) with their technicians.
Recruiting, Training, and Onboarding:

Assist with recruiting and interviewing technicians alongside the Branch Field Operations Managers and supervisors.

Support the Branch Field Operation Managers in disciplinary actions, when needed.

Empower supervisors to lead by example.

Participate in the training process for all new hires and travel to offices for training, if required.

Ensure adherence to the training process and delegate tasks as necessary.
Operations and Sales Team Cohesion:

Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between the operations and sales teams.

Maintain open lines of communication throughout the organization.
Vehicle Fleet Management:

Collaborate with the Fleet Management Department at Reliable Medical.

Follow the Fleet Management Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

Utilize Zubie as a tool to manage and audit technicians' vehicle consumption.

Conduct regular audits of gas reports, comparing them against drivers' logs and GPS units.

Ensure weekly vehicle inspections are conducted on Mondays.

Maintain up-to-date vehicle maintenance records, including oil changes, tire checks, brakes, and addressing reported issues.

Coordinate with accounting for vehicle maintenance and repair issues.

Ensure that each vehicle has the necessary minimum stock, including personal protective equipment (PPE) kits.

Bachelor's Degree in related field highly preferred

3-5 years strong management experience required; healthcare industry management experience preferred.

Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees, customers, and referral sources.

Experience and proficiency in effectively operating management system software relevant to the scope of the job description.
