Bilingual Customer Service Representative

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative you will support both our customer base and internal team. Working to provide exceptional customer service, track & trace loads, and efficiently manage daily functions vital to our growing operations. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor and maintain heavy email traffic
- Provide updates to customers via phone & email
- Track & trace a variety of loads
- Collaborate with internal department to resolve issues
- Enter and update load information into AS400
- Analyze weekly score cards
- Create weekly logistics reports
- Coordinate with external vendors
- Manage multiple customer web portals
- Assist with other requests made of the Operations Department
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
- Fluent in Spanish
- Prior Customer Service experience
- Looking for someone who is self-motivated, detail-oriented, has excellent organizational skills, and possess the ability to multitask and prioritize
- Must possess excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
- Possess proficient computer skills, with an emphasis on Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook and AS400
- Prior knowledge of the Trucking/Logistics industry is a plus

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
