Don’s Truck Sales is seeking to hire a Parts Associates to provide excellent customer service by helping all customers and ensuring the correct parts and accessories are in stock. Ideal candidates will have excellent customer service experience. Retail sales familiarity a plus! We prefer experience with Class 8 Truck, Ford and Daimler parts. Responsibilities - Parts Associate:
-
Effectively communicate with clientele to ensure customer’s needs and sales opportunities meet company standards

Communicate with technicians and outside customers to ensure correct parts are ordered
-
Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate service to customers face-to-face or via phone or internet
-
Maintain familiarity with inventory products, merchandising programs and ordering systems
-
Communicate and help resolve customer complaints and adjustments

Set an example of professionalism and positive attitude including a neat, orderly, safe work environment
Qualifications - Parts Associate:
Experience with Class 8 Truck, Ford and Daimler parts preferred-
Previous customer service experience is required. Familiarity with retail environment is a plus!

High School diploma or equivalent

Basic Computer knowledge is required

Valid driver's license and clean driving record
