As an Intake Representative, you will be the guide for clients beginning service with our team. In this role, you will walk clients through the intake steps from beginning to hand off to their care provider. If you are detail oriented, value building relationships through strong interpersonal communication skills and looking for a sales type role, then we want to hear from you.
Intake Representative Qualifications & Core Responsibilities:
- 2 years of experience in an office environment required
- A history of excellent customer service skills
- Expert analytical & problem solving skills
- Ability to multitask
- Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent communication and sales skills
- Assists patients with the onboarding process
- Responding to emails & calls in a timely manner
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required!
Schedule:

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
