Role Overview:
We are seeking a Manager of Strategy & Operations to drive strategic initiatives and optimize our telemedicine clinic operations. This role involves translating complex data into actionable insights, developing key performance indicators (KPIs), partnering with cross-functional teams, and improving systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Projects & Project Management:
- Translate complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Establish quantitative and qualitative metrics to evaluate company efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and track KPIs aligned with business objectives.
- Partner with clinicians, data scientists, product managers, and other teams to drive strategic initiatives.
- Identify and lead opportunities to improve systems and processes.
Clinic Operations:
- Manage and optimize virtual clinic scheduling and resource allocation.
- Monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot telemedicine clinic performance.
- Implement best practices to enhance patient experience and clinical outcomes.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve day-to-day operations.
- Communicate and explain new directives, policies, or procedures to department stakeholders.
What We Are Seeking:
- 3-5 years in project management, business analysis, or related roles.
- Experience in multi-clinician clinical settings, preferably in telehealth.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems using data-driven approaches.
- High level of empathy, humility, and emotional intelligence.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, and complex patient populations.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance.
- Experience in financial and operational forecasting.
- Familiarity with telehealth technologies.
- Advanced degrees (MBA, MHA, MPH).
- Certifications (PMP, PRINCE2) or healthcare management.
- Process improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $130,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
