Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have experience in an outpatient medical office setting
Responsibilities:
- Assist healthcare providers in patient examinations and procedures
- Perform basic clinical tasks, including ordering pathology and patient histories
- Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations
- Administer medications under the physician's direction
- Handle patient inquiries and provide education on treatment plans
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation using EHR
- Coordinate patient referrals to specialists as needed
Qualifications:
- Completion of a Medical Assistant program or equivalent training
- Basic life support (BLS) certification preferred
- Experience in a medical office required
- Experience using multiple electronic platforms including practice management
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment at a specialty medical practice

Pay: $17.00 - $22.56 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
