Duties & Responsibilities:
Customer service
- Greet customers with a helpful and courteous attitude, assisting with parking procedures, making payments, directions, and be available to resolve any additional inquiries or concerns they may have.
- Hand out marketing material for all our restaurants to each vehicle and/or guest.
Parking Management
- Direct vehicles to available parking spots and ensure smooth and safe traffic flow within the parking area.
- Guide vehicles to park in available parking spots and park vehicles in every open area that a vehicle can safely park in (These extra parking spaces or “hidden parking spots” are not marked but are safe for vehicles to park in. Our goal is to park as many cars in the parking lot as possible.).
- Direct cars to the exit gate.
- Aid guests with EV charger operation.
- Update the parking lot counter so it reflects the accurate amount of open parking spots throughout the day.
- Collect money from guests that park in parking spots outside the parking lot. (These cars will be issued a parking validation ticket and directed to display the voucher in their windshield.)
- Hidden parking spots must be monitored and managed. (Do not all allow unauthorized employees or guests to park in any of our available or hidden parking spots.)
- Initiate vehicle towing procedure for any vehicle in a parking spot without paying or displaying a voucher.
- Follow towing process & procedure for any vehicle that appears abandoned or is parked in our parking lot for more than 48 hours.
Cleaning & Maintenance
- Sweep, blow off, clean, and maintain the entire parking lot, landscaping areas, and surrounding areas to ensure cleanliness and safety every morning and throughout the day as needed.
- Power wash or hose off parking lot as needed.
- De-ice, salt, and scrape off snow and ice as needed to allow safe entry, exiting and driving in the parking lot.
- Change out trash cans and install new trash can liners as needed.
- Wash out and bleach trash cans as needed.
- Monitor sidewalks, flower beds and curb line for trash and cigarette butts.
- Spray flower beds for weeds as needed.
- Remove gum from parking lot, curbs and sidewalks with scraper as needed.
- Report any damage or malfunctioning parking lot equipment, parking lot property, office equipment, computers, software, gates, credit card machines, railing, light poles, light bulbs, cameras, etc. to Management and Maintenance immediately.
- Keep the office clean and organized.
- Keep parking equipment and gates clean
Monitoring & Security
- Monitor the parking area for any suspicious activities and report incidents as necessary.
- Assist maintenance with parking equipment upkeep and maintenance. This includes but is not limited to inspecting and assessing parking machines for issues
- Assist in the collection and security of all monies received through parking machine.
Qualifications Required
- Proven experience as a Parking Attendant or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
- Physical stamina for walking, standing, and occasionally lifting or moving objects.
Work Schedule
- Full time or part time availability
- Must be available to work weekend days, weekends, holidays and evening hours

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
