Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate must have minimum 2 years experience as an Automotive Dealership Office Manager or Assistant Office Manger, will be responsible for assisting the Controller with daily operations of our accounting office, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in administrative tasks.
Duties:
- Assist the controller with operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness
- Coordinate with Controller with oversight of administrative staff and their duties
- Handle scheduling, including appointments and meetings
- Manage clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document organization
- Oversee payroll processing and human resources functions
- Coordinate vendor relationships and manage office supplies inventory
- Assist Controller with develop and implement training programs for office staff
Skills:
- Proficiency in office management software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Experience with payroll systems and human resources processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of vendor management practices
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Must have financial statement preparation experience
