Duties:
- Maintains consistent stock of inventory, ordering new stock up to pre-authorized limit as inventory dwindles
- Join our team as an Inventory Control Specialist, where you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing inventory levels. We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with expertise in data analysis, forklift operation, and inventory management systems.
- Establishes and maintains backup source for high-demand items
- Assesses inventory reports and analyze patterns to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Provides inventory reports to senior management
- Develops and maintains good working relationships with vendors
- Performs periodic cycle counts and alerts senior management to any discrepancies
- Responsible for yearly independent audits of inventory
- Generate regular reports on inventory performance, stock levels and key metrics for senior management
- Operates forklift truck when necessary
- Adheres to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment
- Performs other related duties as requested
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED with three plus years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proven experience in inventory control or a similar role within a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of inventory management software and practices
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in tracking and reporting inventory
- Ability to work collaboratively with various departments
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and implement effective solutions
- Good physical condition, able to lift and move products as needed

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
