Jersey Mike's Subs is looking for Crew Members.
Job Requirements:
The primary requirement of a Jersey Mike’s employee is commitment to company goals:
- Create food consistent with Jersey Mike’s high quality standards
- Maintain restaurant that is noticeably cleaner than others
- Ability to multitask and work with a sense of urgency
- Interact with customers and provide an exceptional experience
- Full understanding of the terms accountability and integrity
- Participate in both Training Center programs, typically Wednesday and Thursday evening from 5:30pm-8:30pm (Training Center is in the back of our Jersey Mike's located at 11413 Midlothian Turnpike)
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Must be hardworking, trustworthy and reliable
- Must enjoy and be able to succeed in a fast-paced work environment
- Able to work flexible hours (but can be full or part-time.)

-Ability to meet schedule requirements and is a reliable performer
Physical Demands:
- Capability to stand for long periods of time on hard surfaces
- Frequent bending, stooping, and lifting
- Frequent, repetitive motion of shoulder and elbow to operate the slicer (if 18 and older only)
- Be able to lift 20 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.50 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
