Overview:
Remote Position
Manages processes to support improvement of referral and scheduling optimization operations across Novant Health Medical Group; serves as internal consultant for newly affiliated and existing clinics; and fosters relationships between all regions of Novant Health, corporate departments and respective clinics to ensure integration of resources and best practices and continuity of operational procedures.

Qualifications:
- Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required.

Experience: Three years of experience in medical group clinic leadership, preferred. Three years of experience with referral and/or scheduling workflows, required.

Additional skills required: Educational planning, performance consulting, outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. Skill in exercising initiative, judgment, problem-solving and decision making, giving and receiving feedback, team building.
