We are hiring a VP of Finance.
The VP of Finance leads the analytics, financial reporting and budgeting work for Mindr. This role partners with the CFO and other key business partners to provide key analytics & metrics that drive Mindr strategy. In addition, this position oversees a team including the Director of FP&A and the Sr Manager of Business Analytics in the development of short- and long-term financial forecasts and budgets for the business overall and specific key initiatives of the company. Finally this leader works to develop a culture within the team and broader organization that is capable of supporting the business needs, providing sights into the current trends in the business segments and collaborates on evaluating new opportunities or areas for improvement.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Work with CFO, Controller, and Executive Team to develop budgets and trend analytics that drive results.
- Direct the development of complex financial analysis around key business initiatives to determine financial viability, return on investment, and net present value including, but not limited to, new product development, acquisitions, and adjacent markets.
- Connect past, current and future trends to Mindr growth strategies and provide insight into future expansion opportunities.
- Identify data and reporting automation opportunities as well as the resources and tools necessary to implement and manage going forward
- Contribute to cross-functional teams to implement key ad hoc strategic initiatives, including but not limited to, acquisitions, rapid customer acquisition opportunities, and key compliance initiatives.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and analysis resource to the CFO and Executive Team on key financial and strategic initiatives.
- Foster the development and nurturing of a culture within the finance team that focuses on identifying the "so what" in the business in addition to continually improving the financial reporting.
- Attract, develop and retain talent that grows with the organization.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. Master's degree preferred in related area or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of progressive financial planning/forecasting and analytical leadership.
- Proven ability to connect and drive trends and analytics that impact key CST strategies.
- Ability to communicate with and present impactful data to the Executive Leadership Team & Board.
- Strong Excel, Power Point, and Access capability required, SQL experience a plus.
- Experience leading a team at the Director level; provide ability to grow and develop leaders.
- High finance/accounting and analytical aptitude and ability to understand complex financial needs of the business.
- Exceptional attention to detail and level of organization.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills.
