DTH Expeditors, Inc. seeking a customer service/dispatch/operations agent working in the National Control Center in Atlanta, GA.
Expedited transportation experience is a must; exceptional entry-level candidates will be considered.
Candidates must be critical thinkers, problem solvers, and multi-task in a high-pressure environment. Moving time-critical shipments for industries such as medical, aviation, and automotive markets. The ability to retain and recall information is critical to job success and advancement. Must be able to work as a productive team member with fellow employees.
The candidate must have the following computer skills and knowledge:
Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat

Job Duties:
Customer Service direct with customers, vendors, drivers, and partner carriers
Track and Trace with customers and drivers
Dispatch shipments / both air and ground
Quoting shipments and price negotiations
Heavy email and phone correspondence between customers, carriers, and drivers
