Title: Project Manager
Reports to: Branch Manager

Overview:
Ethoscapes, LLC is seeking a professional Project Manager who will organize all phases of landscape projects, surveying them until completion. The Project Manager will work closely with the customer and the landscape designer as well as other stakeholders to bring the customer’s vision to fruition. The Project Manager will track budgets and change orders and communicate with the customer throughout all phases of the project.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
· Collaborate field supervisors and account managers to build strong, communicative relationships, understanding client requirements through effective dialogue, crew training, and consistent site evaluations.
· Support in the formulation of crew schedules, project timelines, and resource allocations to guarantee high-quality service delivery, customer satisfaction, and optimal resource management.
· Aid in the estimation, proposal, and sale of project enhancements, ensuring these additions are executed within budget and time constraints.
· Conduct thorough inspections and monitoring of all projects to meet and maintain quality standards.
· When necessary, assist in the management of subcontractors to confirm compliance with quality expectations.
· Ensure timely submission of all required documentation, including timesheets, work orders, change orders, and purchase receipts.
· Promote workplace safety through the development and enforcement of safety protocols, including leading safety training sessions and meetings.
· Encourage and guide team leaders and crew members in adhering to the highest industry standards, ensuring excellence in project outcomes.
· Stay informed on plant materials and horticultural practices, pursuing ongoing education and maintaining relevant industry licensure.
· Uphold and enforce company policies and procedures
· Identify and communicate potential areas for operational improvement
· Other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications/ Requirements
· Proven experience in the landscaping or related industry leading a team.
· Strong understanding of landscaping, irrigation, and construction principles.
· Excellent organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills.
· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and under pressure.
· Strong client-facing and internal communication skills.
· Proficiency in project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
· Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, or related fields is preferred.
· Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to various job sites as required.
