Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and efficient Assistant to the Owner to manage various administrative and personal tasks. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive approach. This role demands a high level of discretion and professionalism as it involves handling sensitive and confidential information.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the owner’s schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Handle correspondence such as emails, phone calls, and mail on behalf of the owner.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
- Assist with personal tasks and errands as required.
- Coordinate and oversee special projects and events.
- Conduct research and provide information to support decision-making.
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in all matters.
- Perform general administrative duties to support daily operations.
- Assist in managing social media accounts and online presence.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Positive and proactive attitude.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a small business or entrepreneurial environment.
- Familiarity with project management software and tools.
- Knowledge of social media management.
Working Hours:
This is a part-time position requiring approximately 20-24 hours per week. Specific working hours can be discussed during the interview process to accommodate both the candidate’s and the owner’s schedules.
