C# Developer / Robotics and Industrial Automation Software and Control Systems Engineer.
Experienced C# developer who will be responsible for the specification, design, development, coding, testing, and documenting of applications that satisfy the requirements of our clients. The Positronics team develops bio-medical, robotic, motion control, machine vision, and factory automation software for a variety of high-tech industries, in and around the Silicon Valley. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working directly with the customer to identify the customer requirements and to deliver the finished, high quality software, in a timely fashion.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work independently or in a team to design, implement, and sustain applications in C#
- Architect object oriented software to maximize readability, reliability, and maintainability
- Work closely with fellow employees and customers to define functional and system level specifications
- Thoroughly test deliverables with customers to ensure the code is working as defined in customer agreed specifications
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- BS/MS in Engineering (CS, ME, IE, EE) degree with 5+ years of relevant work experience
- Windows .NET, C#, WPF, MVVM
- Have demonstrated technical leadership in all stages of a software project life cycle
- An strong understanding of industrial automation and robotic applications
- Self motivated and capable of working independently or in a team environment
- Capable of analyzing requirements and creating detailed specifications
DESIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Project Management
- Experience with machine vision, robotics, and motion control
- Experience with SCADA Application, PLCs, HMIs

Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
