- 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM Sunday – Thursday (Onsite)
- Rotating Saturday shifts (about once a month)

Join Our Team as a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor!
Are you passionate about Facilities and Maintenance ? As a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll be crucial in ensuring smooth operations and supporting our diverse team.
This position will provide supervision for the third shift Facilities Maintenance Group Department at the Chicago location. This position will report to the Manager – Facilities Maintenance Facilities Engineering in Chicago. In this job, you will be required to give constant attention to detail, possess good problem-solving skills and have excellent communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performing planning functions to ensure the timely availability of staffing and materials
- Maintaining an on-time completion of preventive maintenance tasks of 100%
- Setting and maintaining high levels of work quality
- Providing the necessary direction to attain high levels of employee productivity
- Promoting safety awareness and housekeeping, and investigating and reporting on safety incidents
- Contributing input and monitoring departmental budgets
- Conducting performance appraisals for employees
- Providing recommendations or initiating decisions regarding hires, promotions, corrective action and terminations
- Conducting team-building meetings to promote continuous improvement principles.
- Working cooperatively with the production team to achieve safety, quality, and productivity goals
- Prioritizing and scheduling the shift workload
Identify training and skill development to meet departmental needs using Training Within Industry (TWI) and standard work methodology where possible.

What you’ll Need To Succeed:
- Associates degree in a technical or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Leadership, supervision experience, or project management experience
- Technical aptitude and knowledge of facility equipment, e.g., hvac, refrigeration, air compressors
- Demonstrated ability to read mechanical drawings and schematics, and diagrams
- Ability to manipulate data from Oracle and other programs to pareto productivity work order completion
One to 3 years of experience combining: supervisory level responsibility or hands on project management and facilities maintenance experience.
