Position Overview:
A licensed real estate sales associate or broker associate with Keller Williams Boston-Metro, you will leverage your expertise to assist clients with selling, purchasing, and leasing properties. We are seeking a candidate who exceeds industry standards:
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Active real estate license
- Minimum of two years of real estate sales experience
- Demonstrated success in closing more than 8 transactions annually
- Annual volume exceeding $5,000,000
- Alignment with Keller Williams Realty's mission, vision, and values
- Ambition to grow exponentially
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties
- Provide guidance and support throughout the entire real estate transaction process
- Develop and maintain positive client relationships
- Stay updated on market trends and best practices in real estate
Qualifications:
- Active real estate license in Massachusetts
- Proven track record of real estate sales success
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of local and national real estate markets
- Ability to work independently or run a team
