Who we are:
Rainier Properties is a property management company, founded and headquartered in Austin in 1999, and we specialize in multi-family housing and commercial property management. We own 19 distinct properties that embody the unique Austin spirit and cultural ethos. We strive to not only improve the value of our properties, but the lives of our residents and employees. We are passionate our commitment to providing our fellow Austinites a great place to live, work, and grow. If you share that same drive, then we would like for you to join our team of experienced property management professionals.
Rainier can offer you:
Stability – We own our properties, which allows our employees peace of mind and job stability in the knowledge that we’re here to stay. If you’re looking for a property management company with long term ownership stability, you’ve found it.
Mutli-Site Experience – Our operations teams work within a district comprised of several different properties, and you will quickly gain valuable multi-site experience … which is a real feather in your cap in our industry! Give us a chance, and we’ll give you a rewarding career in property management.
Benefits – We offer great pay, employee discounts, competitive healthcare benefits, 401K, holidays, paid time off, and flexible schedules.
A Chance to be Heard – Have you worked for a nation-wide corporate juggernaut, where top level management is mostly anonymous, and doesn’t seem to listen to your suggestions? At Rainier you will have direct access to executive level team members, who value and want to hear your input, feedback, and ideas for improvement.
A Great Product – Our properties are well maintained, in great locations that are easy to lease, have high occupancy, low-delinquency and are always in high demand.
