Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries and provide assistance
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

- Maintain customer records and update information as needed
- Handle outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or resolve issues
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and professionalism in all interactions
- Utilize upselling techniques to promote additional products or services
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is a plus
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
