Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant General Manager to oversee our dining establishment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient restaurant operations, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the restaurant team, providing guidance and support
- Oversee daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations
- Implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance their dining experience
- Train staff on food preparation techniques, service standards, and safety procedures
Experience:
- Proven experience in leadership and team management within the hospitality industry
- Familiarity with POS system preferred
- Experience in banquet or event management is a plus
- Strong background in shift management and hospitality management
- Knowledge of food production, food service management, and food safety regulations
