Position Summary:
We are seeking an innovative and experienced Senior Marketing Specialist to support our demand generation and client retention efforts at EverDriven. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing multi-channel lead generation and existing client growth campaigns, managing HubSpot, and developing innovative strategies to drive, and nurture leads and current customers. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, project management capabilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Salary Range: $80,000 -$92,000/year, based on experience + bonus potential
Office Location: Greenwood Village (DTC), CO - hybrid
Responsibilities:

HubSpot Management: Oversee and manage HubSpot for marketing automation, email marketing, and lead nurturing workflows to optimize campaign performance.

Campaign Management: Plan, implement, manage and optimize multi-channel lead generation and existing client growth campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and digital ads.

Data Analysis: Analyze lead generation performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement. Provide regular reports and actionable recommendations to the team.

Project Management: Manage multiple projects at once with strong accountability towards meeting

Cross Functional Collaboration: Work with Field Operations, Marketing, and Product teams to: create highly effective messaging & optimize through A/B testing, analysis, and research, drive targeted communications that maximize KPIs for key dates of the year through seasonal trends, product launches, incentive programs, etc.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field

3+ years' experience in a formal marketing role

Highly proficient in Salesforce, HubSpot, and familiar with text automation tools

An analytical approach that focuses on understanding customer behavior and planning around data-driven insights

Ability to understand and analyze multiple customer segments and suggest optimization opportunities for getting the right message to the right customer at the right time

High attention to detail and comfortable managing multiple priorities and projects, at speed

Excellent planning, organizational and time management skills
