Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Salesperson to join our team. As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our new and used commercial vehicles to customers. You will utilize your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and provide exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:
- Conduct inside and outside sales activities to generate leads and acquire new customers
- Maintain product knowledge
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product selection and answering any inquiries
- Utilize organizational skills to manage customer accounts, sales orders, and follow-up on leads
- Collaborate with dealership team members to meet sales targets
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when communicating with customers
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer facing sales or automotive industry preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively communicate product information and benefits to customers
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficient in using technology for sales-related activities
