Your Role:
As our Practice Administrator, you'll be the driving force behind our clinic's success. You'll lead a team of top-tier medical aesthetic professionals, oversee daily operations, and ensure our patients receive the highest level of care. Your expertise will be essential in achieving our ambitious goals for growth and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead with Vision: Guide all aspects of the CULT Aesthetics clinic's operations, from sales and customer service to employee management and administrative tasks. You'll ensure smooth workflows, exceptional customer service, and adherence to our high standards, policies, and procedures.
- Drive Innovation: Continuously seek ways to improve systems, policies, and procedures to enhance efficiency and elevate the patient experience at CULT Aesthetics.
- Achieve Results: Monitor and exceed clinic goals related to revenue, margins, practitioner sales, discounts, budgets, and client retention, contributing to the overall success of CULT Aesthetics.
- Build a Winning Team: Recruit, develop, and retain a diverse and talented team who share our commitment to excellence and teamwork at CULT Aesthetics.
- Inspire and Mentor: Support staff growth through one-on-one coaching, comprehensive training, and active leadership on the clinic floor. You'll empower them with the skills and techniques needed to build client loyalty and enhance the CULT Aesthetics brand's reputation.
- Champion Patient Satisfaction: Oversee client feedback, address concerns promptly, and share insights with your team to foster a culture of continuous improvement at CULT Aesthetics.
- Collaborate Effectively: Work seamlessly with colleagues and management, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Assist the leadership team with additional tasks or duties as required, demonstrating a collaborative and adaptable approach.
Qualifications:
- Proven Leadership: 2+ years of management experience in medical aesthetics, cosmetic / plastic surgery, dentistry, or orthodontics.
- Results-Oriented: A self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented leader with a track record of success in a similar setting.
- Exceptional Communicator: A skilled communicator who can build rapport with clients, staff, and management.
- Operational Excellence: Expertise in practice management, inventory control, and both client and employee relations.
- Adaptable and Agile: Ability to prioritize, multitask, and thrive in a dynamic and demanding environment.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
