This a full-time role, working onsite Monday thru Friday.We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Coordinator (CSC) with experience to oversee a variety of customer service, basic accounting and administrative duties relating to the day-to-day operations of the front office. The incumbent for this role must be detailed oriented, efficient, have excellent multi-tasking abilities and interpersonal skills, and possess in-depth experience of accounts payables and accounts receivables. Customer Service:
- Onboard and establish positive relationships with all new customers.
- Efficiently resolve customers inquiries, including troubleshooting production and delivery issues.
- Facilitate delivery of finished product to customers and notify customers for pickup orders.
- Assist with the facilitation of printing process by entering and reviewing job tickets.
- Facilitate outside production services as needed to ensure the final product meets expectations.
- Coordinate and facilitate completion of all in-house mailings using BCC Software and UPS shipments.
- Other duties as assigned.
Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables:
- Accurately managing the accounts receivable and accounts payables process.
- Ensure prompt and accurate invoicing of all accounts, including researching discrepancies and following up with customers on past-due payments.
- Manage data entry of daily production activity for production department.
- Provide back up support for Office Manager with general bookkeeping and basic accounting including Excel data entries as required.
- Assist when necessary for the accounting and finance function.
- Other duties as assigned.
Administrative:
- Maintaining the front office, including answering the doors, answering incoming calls, and filing.
- Distribution of office mail and reports.
- Replenishing and ordering supplies.
- Provide administrative support to office staff as needed.

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of customer service coordinator, accounting clerk, administrative, or related work experience.
- Onsite role working Monday thru Friday with scheduled hours between 8:30 am to 5:00 pm to ensure front office coverage.
- Prior accounts payable and accounts receivable experience required.
- Highly skilled with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains.
- Proficient with BCC mailing software.
- General booking and basic accounting experience preferred.
- Familiarity with phone systems and customer service best practices.
- Data entry experience.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational and effective communication skills.
- Deadline and detailed-oriented, including ability to focus on quality control of customer product.
