As one of our Restaurant Managers, you will join a team of professional QSR leaders that enjoy a fast-paced business filled with learning opportunities and rewarding experiences for career development. We have a hands-on approach and value integrity, transparency, effective communication, and teamwork. When you join us, we will prepare you for success by providing a 6–8-week training program to learn the “ins” and “outs” of our business. You will receive training in key areas of our operations such as forecasting & scheduling, food safety & quality controls, product ordering, inventory, training systems, guest service standards, cash handling and so much more.
As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring your restaurant meets all Jack in the Box expectations for food safety and quality, cleanliness and overall service standards. You will also help identify, recruit, and train a dedicated and passionate restaurant team that will help us exceed guests’ expectations and continue our success as strong brand ambassadors for Jack in the Box.
Position Requirements:
Capable of managing 30 + Team Members, 6-8 Team Leaders
Prior experience in a Restaurant Manager position highly desirable
Passing all food safety requirements of local health department and Jack In The Box inspections
ServSafe Certification
18 years or older
Strong work ethic
Positive attitude
Passing of a background check

Experience:
- Restaurant Management: Over 1-2 years QSR experience preferred
License:
- Valid ServSafe Certification or able to obtain Certification prior to becoming Restaurant Manager
- Valid US Driver’s license (Required)
- Must have reliable car transportation with insurance
