We are looking for an individual seeking a career to undertake office manager duties in our office. This position will work closely with the owners to run the day to day activities of the business. The ideal candidate for this position will have a friendly and easy-going personality and be able to work in a setting that requires multi-tasking and self-discipline.

Job duties would include the following, but not limited to:
Answering all incoming calls and redirecting to appropriate staff
Phone and email communication with customers, vendors and staff
Check previous days business, schedule crew accordingly
Scheduling appointments
Keeping all jobs and appointments updated for the owner
HR contact for all new hires, do new hire paperwork, etc.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
- Good computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
Typical hours 7:30-3pm Mon-Fri but willing to discuss other options

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
