Position Overview:
We are seeking experienced, enthusiastic and results-driven individuals to join our sales team as Inbound Sales Representatives. In this role, you will be responsible for taking inbound calls from customers who are actively seeking the products and services that we offer. Your primary goal will be to understand their needs, educate them about our products & services, and close new customers.
No Calls for Flex Cards or 1095 Forms:
Please note that there will be no inbound calls related to Flex cards or 1095 forms in this position. This is not a seasonal position. We are busy all year.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls from prospective customers in a professional and courteous manner.
Listen attentively to customers' needs and preferences to determine the best solutions for them.
Provide product demonstrations and explain the features and benefits of our products and services.
Close sales accurately and efficiently.
Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
Proven track record of success in sales or customer service roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to succeed and surpass targets.
Previous experience in inbound sales or call center environment is a plus but not required.
