We offer a community-based, inclusive environment to individuals with intellectual disabilities in Northeast Alabama. We continue to grow and expand our services and are seeking people who are dependable, enthusiastic, caring, and who want to make a positive difference in the lives of others.
The positions we are looking to fill positions in our group home/residential settings. Duties include but are not limited to: assisting individuals with personal hygiene, daily living activities, intervening to prevent problematic behavior and ensuring medications are taken properly. This is a great entry level position for persons seeking a career in healthcare, education or other human service related fields.
ALL applicants must possess a high school diploma/GED and valid Driver's License, be able to pass drug screening and background checks. On the job training and continuing professional development are provided. We are currently hiring for all shifts.
