Key Responsibilities:

Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives

Coordinate open enrollment periods and communicate benefit options to employees

Process benefit enrollments, changes, and terminations in HRIS system

Collaborate with vendors to resolve benefit-related issues and ensure accurate billing

Conduct research on industry trends and best practices to recommend improvements to benefit programs

Assist employees with benefit inquiries and provide guidance on plan options

Prepare reports and analyze data related to employee benefits utilization and costs

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations regarding employee benefits
Minimum Education Required:
-
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Minimum Experience Required:

3+ years of experience in benefits administration or related role

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Strong knowledge of financial concepts related to employee benefits

Proficiency in HRIS systems
- Familiarity with journal entries, corporate accounting, technical accounting, payroll, and double-entry bookkeeping principles

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
