- Provide menus and relay information about specials
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized lobby area
- Collaborate with servers to ensure efficient service
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a hospitality, hotel, or restaurant setting is preferred
- Proficiency with POS systems, particularly Toast POS, is a plus
- Strong communication skills and phone etiquette
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- A friendly and welcoming demeanor
- Knowledge of food service operations and guest relations

Pay: From $12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
