Responsible to the IT Services Manager, this position will provide second-level technical support of technology with Medbill and her MSP client organizations.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- Shared responsibility for helpdesk support.
- Handle support escalations.
- Provide assistance with remote computer deployments.
- Perform desktop troubleshooting.
- Perform IT project planning and consulting for Medbill and her clients.
- Install and maintain network infrastructure including firewalls and VPN.
- SQL Database maintenance.
- Interface with vendors for purchases and support incidents.
- Provide management/support for Azure resources.
- Perform IT Security tasks such as SOC responses to SIEM and EDR tools.
- Perform security hardening of servers and workstations.
- Assist with IT-related compliance for HIPAA standards.
- Develop SOPs to streamline support processes.
- Produce documentation for processes and solutions.
- Other duties as required.
Education and Experience
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Customer service experience is a must
