Duties:
- Customer Service / Sales
- Greet customers, ask questions and determine needs
- Look to provide a complete solution
- Operate technology based Point of Sale system to complete sales transactions
- In bound phone sales / service
- Install large and small batteries in various devices/vehicles
- Disassemble / reassemble phones and tablets to complete repairs
- Function as a team player
- Merchandising / Inventory
- Inventory stock maintenance and management
- Ship and or deliver to commercial accounts (if applicable)
- Maintain clean and full store appearance
- Build displays; to better market seasonal products
- Prepare store for daily opening and closing
Qualifications:
- Must be able to work 24- 40 hour work week that includes weekend availability
- Good listening and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize, follow up, and meet deadlines
- Ability to calculate simple math and percentages
- Strong eyesight (with or without corrective lenses) and technical aptitude required for various types of repair work we offer
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record required to use company vehicle
- Must be able to lift 50 + lbs. to eye level
