BRIDGEVIEW CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT INC is seeking a Project Manager for Multi-Family construction to join our team in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will have a passion for making things, a strong work ethic, and a drive to succeed.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee the construction project from start to finish.
- Manage subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other project personnel.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Maintain accurate records of all activities, materials, and equipment used in the construction process.
- Perform inspections of all construction sites and oversee the installation of building systems.
- Ensure that all building systems are installed in accordance with plans, specifications, and codes.
- Ensure that all work is performed in an efficient and cost-effective manner by following company policies on quality control and cost control.
- Ensure that all work is performed in compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager; or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field; or equivalent combination of experience and education.
