Sales and Operations Coordinator / Analyst
The Sales Operations Coordinator is responsible for the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team. They maintain the CRM system to ensure data accuracy, develop reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales performance, and identify opportunities for process improvements. They are also responsible for both Bullhorn front-end sales integration and leadership-selected RFP completion & submission.
* Maintaining CRM, including workflow, reporting, and data integrity.
* Developing and maintaining sales analytics reports and dashboards.
* Optimizing sales and operational efficiency through process improvement.
* Supporting sales teams with planning and operational tasks.
Technical Skills Requirements:
* Manage projects to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness.
* Engage with internal stakeholders for data needs and analysis.
* Strong project management and follow-up skills.
* Competency with relational databases and SQL queries.
* Ability to work cross-functionally and internationally.
Soft Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Sales support.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics suite of solutions (including PowerBI) and business intelligence tools.
* Creative and strategic problem-solving ability.
