PREP's commercial kitchen facilities and culinary community are designed to power and accelerate local food businesses. We are the largest provider of multi-user culinary production space in the South and have helped to launch over 800 culinary businesses including caterers, bakers, consumer packaged goods (CPG) companies, beverage producers, food trucks, food carts, test kitchens, delivery-only ‘ghost’ restaurants, meal kit companies, central commissary operators, private chefs, prepared meals companies, and more.

We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Community Manager to lead our local team in the greater Phoenix/Scottsdale area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, customer service, and also share our company's passion for food and helping small businesses grow and thrive.

**Example Job Tasks**
While not an exhaustive list (and always subject to change), the tasks below are
intended to give an idea of the types of things the Sales & Community Manager will be
charged with. At the end of the day, we’re a small team and never want to hear “that’s
not my job,” but a good portion of the position will include the items below:
· Respond and coordinate leads from all sources (PREP Corporate team, website, email
campaigns, text campaigns, Loopnet, voice campaigns, partnerships, etc)
· Utilize Hubspot the CRM for tracking of all facility leads and associated sales funnels
· Develop and implement a local sales plan for building revenues in a cost-effective manner
· Deliver accurate sales forecasts and benchmarks on a consistent basis
· Attend corporate, networking and social events as a brand ambassador for the Company
· Strategize and present new sales ideas
· Organize and participate in any local social events created by PREP
· Meet sales targets and maintain a proper sales cadence for touchpoints with potential members in the sales funnel
· Have information available for existing and potential members at all times.Follow up with diligence in as quick a manner as possible to all inquiries related to the PREP facility
· Schedule and manage on-site tours with potential members
· Keep track of equipment lists needed for dedicated kitchens
· Perform full documentation onboarding, including getting signatures on PREP’s contract document set including Rules & Regulations, Policies & Procedures, Membership Agreement, and Billing Agreement
· Create amendments for any billing or membership changes for members, including plan changes, storage additions, etc.
· Create new member profiles in Hubspot and input all member data, upload membership agreements into Hubspot; continue to edit and upload Membership changes and communications in Hubspot Member profiles
· Communicate applicable insurance requirements to new and current members. Ensure that all insurance documents are on file prior to starting in the facility.
· Communicate all payment information, payment updates, and starting dates to PREP’s central accounting team. Enter all Billing related information in Hubspot and keep up to date
· Assist all new members with permitting applications (Maricopa County Health Departmnet), answer questions and provide guidance throughout licensing process, assist with ongoing licensing needs as Members develop product lines and evolve business models
· Assist new Department of Agriculture members with labeling guidelines and perform
label review prior to application submission to ensure expedited licensing
· Provide all new members with applicable documents for obtaining business license
· Performing periodic billing audits to ensure billing accuracy
· Assistance with marketing content production, including Copyediting blog posts and
email blasts when necessary as well as lightweight photography and videography
· Enable introduction to procurement program and track initial consultations
between member, PREP’s procurement team and procurement partners
· Assist with corporate sponsorship opportunities for the PREP facility
· Help ensure that PREP members are aware of all the benefits of membership in our
culinary community and that they are proactively using services that are available to
them
· Assist with procuring mentors and educational partners for provision of classes for
members once the facility is operational
